Principal, Epsilon Three
David brings more than 15 years of experience in procurement, finance and business transformation. He helps organisations improve Source-to-Pay—the journey from identifying a purchasing need to paying a supplier—with clearer processes, practical controls and technology that supports the work.
His background includes leading global process design across more than 100 business units in over 40 countries, building a 50-person shared services team, and directing international audit programmes. His advisory work has spanned healthcare, medical technology, energy and engineering, and enterprise technology.
Through Epsilon Three, David works directly with procurement, finance, IT and operational teams to assess what is happening today, design a better operating model and support implementation. His approach is to strengthen accountability and control while removing unnecessary approval steps and delays.
